Early check-in or late check-out? Depending on the schedule, we can sometimes accommodate an earlier arrival or later departure for a small fee — just message us before your stay and we'll do our best.

🐾 Pets: We're dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat $125 pet fee. Please message us to confirm your pup(s) before booking so everything's approved and ready for your arrival. No cats, please. (A 3rd or 4th dog can sometimes be approved for an additional $100.)

Before check-in — like most professionally managed homes, we ask every guest to complete a quick pre-arrival step through our booking system: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a damage protection selection. It takes a few minutes and helps us keep the home safe and well cared for.

Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit — a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection — or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.
