Like most professionally managed homes, we ask every guest to complete a quick pre-arrival step before check-in: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a damage-protection selection. It takes a few minutes.

Damage protection (before arrival): a $500 refundable hold (released after a damage-free inspection) or a $50 non-refundable waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Heads up: active train tracks run behind the street — part of the town's character, but worth knowing.
